Our team
Jordan Bell is a veteran podcast producer who began her career as a radio journalist at a NPR-member station in Southern California where she produced live radio and reported out local radio stories. The “podcast boom" brought her to New York City where she worked with several publications including New York Magazine and Bloomberg to turn their print reporting into audio, and at a podcasting startup in show development. More recently, she spent a few years at Condé Nast as an Executive Producer of Audio, where she oversaw podcast production for several publications, including Bon Appétit and WIRED. She lives in Carmel, CA with her family. If she’s not with her daughter, you can find her at one of her vintage stores, (Wally’s & Valentine), or humbling herself on the tennis court.

Anna Richardson White has spent the past twenty years working in communications and content at companies including Disney, YouTube, Google[x], Facebook, Instagram and Michaels. In 2022, Anna founded Kentcali, a media production and communications consultancy, where she helps startups craft and share their own stories and develops her own creative projects. She recently finished her first documentary Appalheads about her family's 55+ year legacy making art and media in Appalachia and hosts a podcast called Homeplace featuring interviews about “home” with a fascinating range of guests. Born and raised in eastern Kentucky, Anna now lives in Carmel Valley, California, with her husband, two children, two cats, two dogs and a snake.
Anna Richardson White
Maddy Brown is a freelance journalist and culture writer. She studied at the University of Southern California, where she learned from and worked with some of the nation's best journalists, and graduated with a degree in journalism and a minor in photography. Since then, she’s returned to her hometown of Monterey, where she spends her time writing for Flaunt Magazine and for her pop culture blog. When she’s not writing, she’s taking in the sun at the beach or playing with her dogs.
